An essential part of living independently at home and enjoying a high quality of life is ensuring you have a high quality of personal care.

Through our government-funded home care packages, we’re able to offer personal care services that include but are not limited to:

• Dressing & Undressing – Assistance with daily clothing choices

• Showering & Bathing – Help with safe, comfortable bathing

• Toileting Support – Dignified assistance with personal hygiene needs

• Grooming & Personal Hygiene – Hair care, shaving, skincare, and more

• Oral Care – Support with brushing, flossing, and denture care

• Continence Management – Assistance with pads, catheters, or continence aids

• Mobility & Transfers – Help moving around safely, including bed-to-chair transfers

• Medication Reminders – Ensuring medications are taken on time

• Meal Assistance – Help with eating and drinking if required

• Getting Ready for Bed – Support with nighttime routines for comfort and rest

All of our carers are highly qualified and trained in a variety of services including home care, aged care, and disability care at a Cert 3 level or higher.

But we also understand that the personal care that is provided to you needs to be carried out by a carer with who you are comfortable.

If you are finding that you aren’t receiving the care you require from your existing carer, we can discuss finding an alternative carer for you.
